KEPEMIMPINAN YESUS KRISTUS SEBAGAI MODEL SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Kepemimpinan Yesus Kristus menawarkan paradigma yang radikal dan transformatif yang menekankan pelayanan sebagai inti dari kepemimpinan sejati. Dalam konteks servant leadership, Yesus menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan seorang pemimpin tidak berasal dari otoritas atau dominasi, melainkan dari hati yang melayani, empati yang mendalam, dan komitmen untuk membangun komunitas. Melalui tindakan simbolis seperti membasuh kaki murid-murid-Nya dan respon empatik terhadap kaum marginal, Yesus mengajarkan model kepemimpinan yang relevan bagi konteks organisasi dan sosial masa kini. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip servant leadership dalam kehidupan dan ajaran Yesus, mengidentifikasi relevansi serta tantangannya dalam penerapan modern. Dengan pendekatan kajian teologis dan analisis kontekstual terhadap Alkitab (KJV, NKJV, dan Interlinear), jurnal ini menyajikan kerangka kepemimpinan yang dapat menginspirasi perubahan positif dalam lingkungan organisasi dan masyarakat.
