Abstract

The Church is present in the world to carry out its calling as a witness to preach the gospel by planting churches. The problem is  the church busy with organizational activities and forgets the duty of calling to preach the gospel and plant churches  Paul's pioneering of the Ephesian church was due to a mission from the Antiochian church. Where the Anthiokia church understands "God's Mission" (Missio dei) and does plural missions (Oaur missions), namely church missionary efforts.  Paul as a missionary was looking for areas that did not yet have a local church, evangelizing and organizing churches and making churches reproduce. The church must do its job by sending messengers to win and disciple the won people so that there is a discipleship revolution which is a church-pioneering movement. Ephisian Church planting can be a pattern for Church planting.
